Meditation has been practised through the centuries with various styles and applications suiting the individual / groups such as religions, spiritualists, community groups, institutions, etc. Mostly sharing a similar intent of supporting the development of self, to seek to know oneself and the outer environment, through a encompassing awareness. Like all things that stand strong through the tests of time, meditation techniques have grown and expanded out to the masses.
We are valued and are important, as individuals and as a collective. Our lives are meant to be filled with changes, assisting us to grow and evolve, our past heritage reflects this. It is through knowing and accepting ourselves that gives us strength and stability in times of uncertainty. There are many distractions in our lives, but it is important that develop our self awareness. It takes persistence, dedication, trust and loyalty towards ourselves, to not let our distractions slow us down from knowing ourselves on a deeper harmonious level.
Personally for me (and how I create my exercises / classes) meditation is a personal journey, it is about loving, accepting and listening to self. The more we do this the more our outer environment changes to be in harmony with us.
I myself, having been meditating regularly since 1994. I have studied and experienced various techniques available. In the last 8 years I have created meditation exercises to assist individuals to gain insight within themselves and their lives, in a gentle simple way that is powerful and effective. The essence of each meditation class is to support individuals through relaxation, rejuvenation and in turn strengthen their inner abilities through inspiring creative visualization exercises.
The meditation classes create a supporting space for reflection and contemplation. Be willing to experience how your imagination and creativity is a powerful way to grow in your personal awareness.
The greatest gift I can give to everyone is to know and accept the answers are within. Even though we may be contained within a physical body, there is vastness to us, to our minds, our feelings, our aura. Come to these meditation classes and develop your inner knowing.

MONDAY NIGHT'S 7-8pm
Is all about accepting and honouring yourself, your human and spirit’s attributes.
These classes are intended to strongly attune you to your spirit, to balance your human aspects with your souls. Each class will be a different theme yet will be about you letting go of the past and expanding upon your intuition and inner knowing. Some examples of the creative visualization exercises will be:
* balance the energies between your physical, energy and chakra systems. * call upon guardian angels and build upon your connections, your knowing. * create healing cocoons to release all that no longer supports you and receive angelic assistance. * learn how to call upon various highly evolved beings to assist you, ie Arturians, Hathors, many. learn how to bring in various forms of love into you, your house, your land, all aligning to support you with honourable intent and love.
All of these exercises will give you added benefits, such as increase your inner happiness, energy levels, inspire and help you anchor in more clarity into your daily routines. It also gives your body 60 minutes to relax.

Creating your own sacred loving space. 4. Treasure Cave. Assists your inner guidance to give - show you things that will help in various ways. 5. Light hearted symbolic story to inspire and open your imagination. Changes weekly. 6. Meditation, relating to the story, ie being under a colour changing waterfall.
